About Company
• We are looking for a Sales Operations Specialist to tell the story of Grab Haulier platform and assist our customers with operation matters when using our platform.
• To be successful in this role, you should be an excellent communicator who’s able to earn our clients’ trust. You will help us show people how Grab Haulier use technology to improve company efficiency by streamlining the freight forwarding and haulage operational processes.

 

Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Develop new business as well maintain and deepen existing customer relationships.
• Prepare quotation, liaise with vendors, hauliers and customers.
• Provide timely support to drivers, hauliers and customers to ensure smooth operation of container delivery.
• Monitor resolutions and clearly communicate status on the issues / problems to all stakeholders.
• Continuously keep abreast with logistics industry – Freight Forwarding/Haulage/Import Export Market/Shipping Lines.
• Perform ad-hoc duty assigned by superior.

 

Requirements:
• Minimum Certification or equivalent in any discipline.
• 1-3 years relevant working experience.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Experience and familiar with Logistics/Freight Forwarding/Haulier Industry/Import Export Market/Shipping Lines will be an added advantage.
• Result oriented and performance driven.
• Possess own car.
• Conversant in at least 2 languages (English and/or Malay or Mandarin).
• You are expected to be able to multitask and work well with people at all levels.
