Yes, Grab Haulier may review on a case to case basis.

Once the job is posted on our platform, our community of registered hauliers gets notified of the offered jobs that need to be hauled. The uptake of the job may vary from almost immediately and up to 4 hours, subject to the hauliers’ capacity and availability.

Haulier’s insurance is bound to Association of Malaysian Hauliers’ terms and conditions. The amount of compensation for a case shall not exceed RM 3.00 per kg gross weight of the goods and container or RM 100,000 per claim, whichever is lower.

There will be cancellation charges based Grab Haulier’s cancellation policy.
Either party can take photos and upload via Grab Haulier system. This will assist or prevent any future claim.
Haulier may contact the freight forwards to inform this issue and make a report via Grab Haulier system. The freight forwarder has to resolve the issue with the shipping line.
Haulier may contact freight forwarder to remind them to update the container number into the port system and make a report via Grab Haulier system.

The driver has to take a photo as proof that he has arrived the depot, and show CN that no unit available. The driver has to inform the haulier company’s admin, and the admin will inform the freight forwarder to resolve this issue immediately. Diversion charges will be applied if the depot area is different.
If the delivery destination is closed, the driver ought to contact the freight forwarder and take a photo via the Grab Haulier app. Haulier may also contact the freight forwarder and make a report via the Grab Haulier system.
Gated with security guard is classified as secure premises.
Yes, Grab Haulier may issue a bank guarantee when necessary.
Either party have to check the container status from time to time. This occurrence would be beyond all party control except for liner.
Freight forwarder has to upload the gate pass as well as the necessary shipping documents via Grab Haulier system. Haulier company may extract the needed information from the Grab Haulier system.
Haulier should apply their own company’s consignment note.
It is advisable to follow gatepass details. However, the change is possible subject to the approval by the liner and freight forwarder.
